This page explains, concretely, what data this site collects, what for, and what you can demand. It is short because the site collects little.
Who is responsible
Ricardo Gualdino Calado, self-employed, working under the trading name LusoDigital Solutions. Address: Rebolaria, Batalha, Leiria, Portugal.
There is no company and no team: I am one person, and I am the one who handles this data.

What this site collects
If you answer the quiz: the options you picked (they are closed options, never text you write), the page language, and a random identifier generated in your browser to tie together answers from the same session. Nothing else.
If you write to me by email or WhatsApp: what you write, and your address or number, because that is how I reply.
What this site does NOT collect
There are no cookies. There is no Google Analytics or any other analytics. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking. Your IP address is not stored with the quiz answers.
The only thing stored in your browser is your theme choice (light or dark), which stays on your device and never reaches me.
What it is for
The quiz answers help me understand what problems people bring, and prepare the message that you yourself decide whether to send. The basis is my legitimate interest in understanding demand, and the fact that the data does not identify you.
What you write to me is used to reply and, if we go ahead, to prepare and carry out the work. The basis is pre-contractual steps and then performance of the contract.
Who else touches it
The site is hosted by Hostinger, which holds the files and the quiz log.
If you choose to talk on WhatsApp, that conversation goes through Meta and its terms; using that channel is your choice, and email is always available instead.
I do not sell, share or hand this data to anyone else.
How long it stays
Quiz answers stay while they are useful for understanding demand, and are deleted when they stop being useful.
Conversations and client data stay for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to the processing. Write to contacto@lusodigitalsolutions.pt and I will answer.
An honest note: the quiz answers do not identify you, so in practice I cannot retrieve yours unless you tell me which session it was.
If you think I handled it badly, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).
